Trading heavy burdens for rest

Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
A yoke is not usually a picture of comfort. It is a working tool, shaped for the shoulders, made for carrying. So when Jesus offers His yoke as the answer to weariness, He is not offering us an empty life. He is offering us a lighter one.
Rest, in this invitation, is not escape. It is exchange. We hand over the weight we were never built to carry alone and receive something fitted to us — steady, shared, survivable.
That is the heart behind everything we make. A cushion you sink into after a long day. A mug warm in your hands at 6am. Small, ordinary objects that quietly repeat the truth until your heart believes it again.
